Payment of the fee and Refund policy
* The fee for the month must be paid in advance in the first week of the month for group tutoring. For one-on-one tutoring, the monthly fee must be paid before the first class of the month. If you decide to discontinue the tutoring in the middle of the month then the fee for the remaining classes will be refunded back.
Policy about Makeup classes
* We need 24 hours advance notification in writing on Whatsapp about the leave of absence to reschedule the make up class. For any reason if this advance notification is not given then we provide work for the missed class to finish at home. Student can ask for extra time during our working days and time to clear any doubts in the given work so that they can finish the work before the next class
Number of classes during the month
* We work for 4 weeks/month. If there are more days in any month then those will be considered monthly off.
* We work for 3 weeks/month in the month of December, January and March. The fee will be 75% in these three months for group tutoring. For one-on-one tutoring, the fee will be based on the number of hours in the month.
* We make an exception during the month of July and August. If your child is not part of a homogeneous batch (All the students are from the same grade and learning the exact same thing) then any absence during these two months will be discounted if informed in advance so please us know the days of absence as per your vacation plans.
For students from homogeneous batches, we will make up the missed classes if informed in advance.
